How can I obtain access to a Chestnut Close lifestyle?

House section packages are available for purchase. A deposit will be made and after that progress payment once titles are issued until house completion. A variety of house designs is available or you have the freedom to select your own and we can organise and project manage for it to be built to your specifications. We expect that titles will be issued early 2008 and that building can commence soon after with several completions in 2008 in the subdivision. The final stage will be available for selection early 2008 with a construction start next summer.
