How long will it take to sell

As long as the property is well presented, has no detrimental factors, is sensibly priced, and you make it easy for your Agent to gain access, there is little reason why it should take more than four to eight weeks to sell.

 

What Marketing do you do

Without elaborating on it extensively, this CV gives you a brief idea of what we do and why we do it. We provide free of charge a campaign, which we find after many sales, works best.

 

How much will I get

The market value is what a buyer will offer and you the Vendor will accept.  Our role is to facilitate a price, not stand in the way of it.  Have you a valuation  People will often pay more for a property that they want.  Our role is to find the people who want your property “the most”.

 

How much will it cost

No result, No charge for real estate fees.  Fees are $400 plus 3.95% of the selling price (up to $300,000) and 2.25% thereafter plus G.S.T.  There is a portion of advertising that we pay for.  Extra marketing can be elected if you choose. Method of sale can be discussed with your agent. Each method will work for different reasons. The method you feel most comfortable with is usually the right one for you.

 

What extra marketing should we do

It takes about two weeks to tell the market your property is for sale. With Auctions and Tenders we need to publicize a date. A Premium is usually generated with Competition; the cost of advertising is usually covered by only one extra bid. If you have a date you are working to, we would need to know

 

Do I need to List with another Company

No! If another company has a buyer we can make arrangements to conjunct with them.
