After 30 years in banking,  and a ten year stint owning and helping to run a local  manufacturing business, I decided it was time for a further career change.  Over the years I have enjoyed "people contact" and more specifically supporting and assisting them to meet their own goals.  

For many people the "prized" possession is to own their own home in which they can develop and enjoy their family, and it is also a means to provide for their eventual retirement.    To achieve this it takes a person that cares and listens to everyone's individual requirements, and treats all with empathy.  

Over the years I have always been associated with rugby, moving from the playing field to both club and union administration, and recently back to the playing field, but in a management role.   I have also been actively involved in many organizations and have been recently on the Executive Committee of the Rangitikei Club for the past 4 yrs. 

With this in mind, Real Estate seemed a logical choice for me as I know I will get satisfaction from the whole process of helping people achieve their respective goals and aspirations whether it is buying, selling, or renting.   Real Estate is a service industry and that is what I can offer to you.
